The offline map showing a wrong scale on iPhone 4S and iPhone5, thanks for feedback from some users.

5min Prediction

5 min raining cloud movement prediction not wroking. This may affected the accuracy of rain alert.
8 Dec: 5 min raining cloud movement prediction back to normal, rain alert service turned on but still under monitoring.
11 Dec: Monitoring for 3 days, it works fine.

Server has difficulty connect to NEA website. Need time to figure out what happened.
Its working now, cant find the reason why the connection failed. If this issue happen again, please contact us. Thanks.
Revert 5min algorithm

Revert to algorithm 1 due to algorithm 2 not so accurate compared with previous.
Done. We will try to research for better algorithm.
Apple APNS cert renewal

Rain alert will not functioning till 9pm due to our APNS cert renewal. Sorry for inconvenience.
Issue solved. Rain alert service back to normal.
